March 12th, 2014

The High 5 Netball finals took place at Maiden Castle on 11th March. Last half term 4 leagues took place at Belomt, DCBC, Durham Johnston and Fram with the winning team from each invited to attend the finals to determine the SSP winner.

Esh CE, Esh Winning, Pittington and St. Margarets's all came along eagar to see what the competition would be like and who would be crowned winners. It was clear the teams had been practising hard as the standard had stepped up from the leagues.

At the end it all came down to goal difference as Esh CE, Pittington and St. Margarets had all won 2 matches! Having won their final match 12 - 0 it was Pittington who came out on top!

A massive well done to all the teams for reaching the finals and we wish Pittington the best of luck at the School Games later this month.
